Avv. Angela Vecchione

Angela Vecchione is a lawyer member of the Rome Bar. Her main areas of expertise are public and private contracts including public tenders, as well as corporate law and insolvency. Since more than twenty years she assists clients in such matters even in proceedings before Courts, Administrative authorities and private self-regulation bodies.

She has been co-founder of themis, an independent boutique Law Firm focused on emerging law sectors, where he has been in charge of the TMT (Telecoms-Media-Technology) and competition and regulated market practices.

Before founding Themis, Angela was partner at Giglio & Vecchione law firm. She has also  been managing activities of the Legal Department at “il Messaggero” of Rome, an higly reputed Italian daily newspaper.

Even before Angela worked for Prof. Avv. Giorgio Assumma and then at Clarich Libertini Macaluso & Valli Law Firm (later CLMV).

After graduating from Rome University “La Sapienza” Angela attended a stage at the DG Competition of the Council of the European Union.

Angela is Italian mother tongue and speaks English and French.
