Avv. Gianluca Mura
Gianluca Mura was born in Milan on June 13, 1974. He is a lawyer, co-founder of the Law Firm Ass. Bennato Mura in 2004 in Milan active in the civil – criminal and administrative sector.
He has gained over twenty years of experience in the field of electronic communications – telecommunications, television and radio broadcasting – with particular reference to assistance to broadcasters both in the administrative and criminal sector with regard to crimes also of an environmental and building nature.
He assists public and private subjects in proceedings at public administrations, including the Ministry of Economic Development.
Recently he attended a master’s degree for the qualification of the D.P.O. figure in the privacy sector and undertook the assistance and coordination in the drafting of Organizational Models pursuant to L. 231 becoming supervisory body of important realities in the sports sector.
It deals with criminal, administrative and commercial litigation, including attempts at conciliation in the field of energy by assisting users before ARERA in matters against electricity, gas and water suppliers.
Since 2003 he has been supervisor of all the legal affairs of the main Italian broadcasting network as well as of the main competitor in the field of sports and plant management services.
He is a member of the Milan Bar Association and is registered in the register of lawyers authorized to legal aid before the Court of Cassation and the other Superior Magistrates.
